LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Zip Graphicz is not responsible if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before placing your order. If we made a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order and will correct it free of charge.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may be charged upon arrival in your country.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time is 10-15 days.
This does not include our 1-3 day processing time.
All shipping times exclude customs/clearance delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. However, tracking is sometimes unavailable due to free shipping.

MY TRACKING INDICATES “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME”
With some carriers, it can take 1-3 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there's still no information available on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you have selected combined shipping.
